Fees and Insurance

I am currently in network with the following insurance companies:

• Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Aetna
• Premera Blue Cross
• United Health Care

If you have insurance through any other provider I am not in network with, I can provide a “superbill” to you after sessions. You can submit this superbill to your insurance provider to help facilitate any reimbursement you may be entitled to, using your out of network benefits.

If not utilizing insurance, standard out-of-pocket rates are:

• Individual therapy: $170 per session
• Couples counseling or family therapy: $190 per session
• Body Acceptance Group Therapy: $65 per session

A sliding scale/financial assistance can be offered upon request.

Payment can be made via all major credit or debit cards as well as FSA (flexible spending account) and HSA (health savings account) cards.

Telehealth sessions are conducted through HIPAA compliant video calls. There is limited availability for in-person sessions.

Sessions are typically around 50 minutes long.
